Refund Policy - the basics
 

• Return Window: Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

• Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items, swimwear, and accessories (due to hygiene reasons).

• Exchanges: Exchanges are allowed for size and color, pending availability.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement by contacting our customer support team.

• After this window, we cannot guarantee cancellation as the order may have already been processed.
